“The level of customer service from BBQ Land is outstanding. They are not just a retailer who sends out boxes, they really care and have really looked after me, months after the initial purchase. I would not even consider using anyone else with this type of purchase ever again. In particular I would like to thank Richard who went "over and above". Truly fantastic service.”

“Didn't answer the phone with the company name, leaving you to confirm that you have rang the correct number. Then voice tone was more akin to why are you even calling. However the person I dealt with did provide me with most of the measurements that I required and most of these were correct. Unfortunately one crucial measurement was wrong (god knows how as it is written in big bold letters on the front of the box). This has left me an ash pan that doesn't fit, however he did say right from the outset "doubt it will fit", but if that crucial measurement (written on the box!) had been given correct I would have ordered. Lesson learned.”

“Got a really good deal on a Traeger grill. It arrived quicker than expected and was delivered in perfect condition. I also ordered some accessories which all arrived. Getting an order right, first time, makes a big difference these days. Happy to say BBQLand met all my expectations.”

“Found a smoker on offer at BBQLAND which was perfect for me, ordered it on Friday and received it as promised on Monday, I have since set this up in my back garden and it looks BOSS, I would recommend BBQLAND to everyone, thumbs up”

“I've been doing the bbq cookalong and have enjoyed following dan and his instructions to the letter, even my vegan daughter caved in and ate the beef short ribs. So we'll done bbqland. Keep the cookalong going next year.”
