“I would recommend BBQ Land to anyone. Such a helpful staff and excellent selection and prices are even and competitive across the board. They even got my smoker shipped out early on a Monday instead of the expected Wednesday delivery date. Couldn’t have been happier with them.”

It is unfortunate that this smoker was faulty. The smoker was collected from the customer at their convenience, and refund processed without delay. In common with all retailers of electrical products, we do not physically unpack all products to check that they are working correctly, but rely on the manufacturers Quality Control procedures. If we discover persistent problems with certain products, then we quarantine our UK stocks and carry out random testing, in conjunction with the manufacturer. The smoker to which this review refers is not one that we have persistent problems with.

“Great service from BBQLAND I've emailed them and they got back to me very quick. I've brought the Char Griller Competition Pro and its amazing. I cook for all of my friends and family. Produces great smoke and heat without the baffle plates or much modifications to the smoker. I've used rtv sealant on the firebox and where it attaches to the grill. I also use oklahoma joes gasket seal around the cooking grill door. To reduce escaping smoke and keep it more efficient. The chamber holds heat very well”

“Bought masterbuilt 560 gravity grill and smoker. Great product, happy with delivery and updates on delivery. Really good smoker. Haven’t grilled yet on it but plan to soon”
