“Hi, we had a warranty issue with Kamado Joe - they were good to accept responsibility but very slow to resolve - bbqland have stepped in and resolved without hesitation - excellent customer service! Fully recommend using them, best Victoria”

“Had an issue with the delivery of the BBQ (Masterbuilt 1050), must have been damaged in warehouse as only noticed when removed from the pallet. Contacted BBQLAND, sorted out the issue, new parts sent within couple days, minimal hassle so hats off to you guys. Thanks”
