“Outstanding service and product top quality. Over the moon with my kamado bbq cover. For the price it is the best buy out there! Had to email customer service because I put my post code wrong in error. Was promptly sorted. We need more good companies like this out there!”

“The initial order for the BBQ went very smoothly. The delivery did not. The large heavy BBQ arrived on a transit van and had clearly been loaded by pallet on to the van. The 2 people who delivered it could not lift it. This resulted in the whole package having to be taken apart and even then it was a struggle to get the BBQ off the lorry. The whole delivery process was unsatisfactory.”

The customer gave us an incorrect delivery postcode with the order, and this caused problems with the delivery during the busy Christmas Period, when couriers find it particularly difficult to deal with such changes.

“I have tried to support smaller companies throughout this covid 19 pandemic rather than the large corporations.......so I purchased a ooni pizza oven from bbq land....The WORST customer service I have ever received.........I should have just gone to John Lewis......”

The customer mixed up their Billing and Delivery addresses on their order, and whilst we tried to change these post-despatch, unfortunately it was not possible to prevent delivery to the Billing Address.
