“Bought the Traeger Ironwood 650. Wow, what a BBQ. All worked fine. Simple to work on the app. Remote control through app. Really good. Free meat pack and pellets meant I could get straight in to it. Have tried the the pork ribs and brisket already. Heaven. One v annoying thing is that when I bought the Traeger, it invited me to buy shelf, cover and pellet sensor. I did. It already comes with a pellet sensor! Don’t buy it twice!”

“Can't fault it. Best price on the internet after searching lots of different retailers and my BBQ arrived the next day. There were a couple of bent panels but nothing serious. Looked like it was done by the manufacturer as the box was undamaged and it was packed VERY well. BBQ Land will be my first port of call for all future BBQ needs.”

“Great service - I called up to see if I would be able to move the bbq myself as it was a surprise present, that wasn’t possible but I had a garage on the street and was assured the delivery driver could help me put it in there. I was nervous on the day in case the delivery driver wasn’t able to move the bbq and I would have it on the street , however when he got there he happily popped it in the garage for me. My partner just assembled the bbq yesterday looks great he loves it - haven’t used it yet but it looks amazing”

“CharGriller DUO 5050 + side fire box and cover - All Good. Price was very competitive. Order was received in just a few days. Pallet tracking link was a nice touch and worked well. Just read delivery and assembly instructions carefully and you shouldn’t go wrong. Will use again for bits and bobs for BBQing.”

“After a bit of research, opted for the char-griller duo with smoker. First off, it's bigger than I imagined.... Online ordering was straight forward and the couple of question I had were answered quickly. Delivered by pallet in a couple of days. Very pleased with the service. BBQ is well built and pre oiled so seasoning was a bit quicker. Only issue I had was the spacers used on the smoker seemed too long, couldn't resolve so used 4 nuts on the threaded bolt instead, maybe my prob but all good at the end. Overall very good experience. If you get the cover as well, it copes with or without the smoker as it has velcro strips to adjust.”

“After much research I called Richard and received down to earth advice. He had the grill I wanted but was happy to answer any and all my questions. The grill was shipped in time and arrived in perfect condition really well packaged. I have a query relating to the grill which Richard has dealt with really well. Finding the right product is one thing but a good dealer is as, if not more important because things do go wrong.”
