Freestanding Tap was too high for bath- customer service very quick to mail back to answer queries re returning”
“The products were fine but the packaging was poor. The bath was vertically mounted on the pallet, with its heavy end upmost, and held only with cling film. When the cling film was cut the bath toppled off the pallet and hit the ground, damaging its outer surface. There was no warning label stating that this could happen. Luckily the damage was only to the outer surface of the double skinned bath and does not show when the bath is in situ.”
