“The P bath panel kit is very attractive and a genius solution when your own P panel is no longer in production any more. Not cheap but cheaper than a new bathroom. Which was where we were headed if I hadn't discovered this”

“After struggling to find a replacement bath panel to fit my 20 year old space saver bath then we had resigned ourselves to having to have the bath replaced for a newer one just to have a fitting panel, along with all of the associated cost of having one fitted (and extra tiling etc). After a last ditch AI search this brought me to bathpanelstore who seemed to tackle just the problem I had. After a handful of email exchanges with Brendan to ensure the bespoke panel kit would fit ok we placed an order. Not being confident DIYers we also arranged to have the bespoke panel constructed and fitted. Email comms with Brendan was terrific, very prompt and couldn’t have been more helpful. Organising installation was very easy and Paul, the installer was with us with a week of ordering the kit. Paul arrived exactly when planned, did a brilliant job (and whilst here also was kind enough to plane down my sticking garden gate!!). Couldn’t be happier, the bath panel is really well made and very tidily installed. Much nicer than the discoloured and brittle plastic panel it replaced. This also saved me significant money over replacing the whole bath and the associated fitting costs. Overall we are very happy with the terrific service received from Bathpanelstore and based on our experience would not hesitate to reccomend the product, fitting and customer service. Thank you!”

“When we first inquired about a custom curved bath panel and installation, we were a bit hesitant as it seemed quite expensive. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and it proved to be a much more cost-effective option than replacing the entire bath, which was the only alternative offered by other stores as they could not identify the original make. The service we received was fast and efficient, and the installation was impeccable. Both the store and the installer went out of their way to ensure that we got exactly what we needed. They even took the initiative to question our initial choice of color, and sent us a swatch to ensure that it was the right one. While we have seen some mixed reviews, our experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we are grateful for the excellent service we received. Thank you!”

“Like the review from Mrs Jones , I’m not sure how this store has had so many negative reviews. I have searched and searched for a corner bath panel in coffee but as my bath is quite old no-one appears to make them anymore. I had no problems. Ordered a custom made panel online, had a confirmation email of the order. The next day, had another email to let me know it had entered the “manufacturing” stage, and another a few days later to let me know of the date and time of delivery by DX. It arrived 2 days after the given date but I was emailed to say the exact date it would arrive. It arrived extremely well-packaged and without problems. I did insist the delivery driver waited while I opened and checked the contents as SO MANY negative reviews and the email from the company advised this. It is in situ and looks great. Time will tell how it will 'weather' but I am really pleased with it so far, So don't be put off by all the negatives, I very nearly was but am glad I decided to risk it.”

“I got quick responses to my questions prior to ordering regarding bespoke sizes, sealing and fitting. Ordering was easy. Delivery was exactly when expected and came to my work as requested. Packaging was good and product was exactly as expected. Invisible fixings were also bought but my joiner used his own because the kit recommended by the website proved too difficult to line up accurately. Some kind of template or markers are needed.”
