“Give this company a wide berth. Do not consider the good reviews as trusting, they are not trustworthy. The only time they are in contact with you is when you place an order and part with money, then nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY”

“I ordered the bath panel then read the reviews and was expecting problems. But it all went perfectly, the delivery was on time, the panel undamaged, made to specifications and looks very good.”

“Panel & end panel delivered on time in undamaged packaging. Being infirm I relied upon the delivery driver to bring the boxes into the porch. My wife and I then departed on an extended holiday abroad during which our contractor was to install the new panels as part of a bathroom upgrade. We subsequently received a text stating the main panel was severely bowed plus a manufacturing fault to the end panel. Our instruction was to reject the panels but to source replacements locally. Upon returning we complained by email to be told a) the problems are our fault (in so many words) as we didn't inspect the contents of the boxes within 24 hours of delivery (I couldn't even lift the packaging let alone open and inspect) - and b) we should cure the warping by placing a weight on it to straighten it. Realy! This is now going to trading standards as surely such onus of responsibility should not be on a customer who has already paid and such a short period of time. In other words, their warranty lasts just 24 hours. Is this cop out right in this day and age?”

“They took the order and money without fuss, however when the end panel didn't arrive with the side panel Brendan Mulvihill (MD allegedly) blamed TNT. I pointed out that it was his responsibility to track the item with TNT and I haven't heard from him since I phoned his mobile 07702897484 no reply. The voicemail on the main number 020 8166 5941 directs you to their web site Bath Panel Store Unit 1 Manor Farm, Lower Rainham Road, Gillingham. I have also added the real view of this place and it's nothing like the web site, as I visited on Saturday 14/12/2019. This man Brendan and the company is a total sham, DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY”

“I am trying unsuccessfully to get hold of someone via e mail or telephone but cannot get a response. The company has my bath panel as it was returned when TNT failed to deliver successfully to me. I want my bath panel re delivered as i have paid for it. Very frustrating!!!”

“Panel was ok, 2 light hairline cracks in the gloss finish, too expensive for what it is but I was stuck with a bath height that I couldn't get any other panel for. So as a bathroom fitter it served a purpose but in my opinion it should be 30% cheaper at least. 7 days delivery, well packaged. For a p shaped shower bath, slats need to be a bit smaller to make a gentle curve but with some good silicone work you can make it look well. Overall I'm happy, delivered on the correct date, slight damage that i could seal, 2 hairline cracks and it helped my customers out of a jam but I wouldn't pay nearly £250 for one personally. Thank you Jon”

“The product is OK but if the order was not going to be delivered in one go, then they should let me know. I had to chase them to tell me what was happening with my incomplete delivery and when the remaining part (main panel) was going to be delivered. I never actually received that information, the part turned up on the Monday after the first part of the order (end panel) was delivered on the Friday.”

“I ordered a shower tray a few weeks ago and was advised it would be delivered on the 23rd of October but never arrived, I have emailed and had no response and also tried to telephone and it just keeps going to an automatic response saying all the lines are busy. if I do not get a response by Thursday evening I will go to my credit card company to ask for a refund. Very poor service.”

“Arrived on the arranged day, website still said in manufacturing so I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Order a panel and end panel and matching toilet seat. Not fitted yet but the quality looks fantastic.”

“I got quick responses to my questions prior to ordering regarding bespoke sizes, sealing and fitting. Ordering was easy. Delivery was exactly when expected and came to my work as requested. Packaging was good and product was exactly as expected. Invisible fixings were also bought but my joiner used his own because the kit recommended by the website proved too difficult to line up accurately. Some kind of template or markers are needed.”

“A nice item overall but a number of issues I could not understand. The keyholes were upsidedown which suggested that the locks should have been at the top instead of having to bend right down to floor level. Because of the presence of laminate flooring at a higher level than the concrete the bath stood on it was impossible to install the side panel in one piece. The hinges were therefore unnecessary and were discarded. This meant that the connecting bar to link the two panels had to be fastened together when insitu. This bar is at the top where it was extremely difficult to insert the screws and tighten them because of the close prxomity of the top of the bath. Had this bar been at the bottom it would have been so easy! A basically good idea spoilt through lack of clear thinking”

“They sent out wrong bath panel that was also bent and a small chip on corner. There were no instructions. When I was placing my order their response was immediate but when making a complaint they never replied. They never answer the phone so them giving a phone number is pointless. It took about a week for someone to get back to me and eventually they said they will send out another bath panel. That was a week ago and I haven’t had dispatch info yet or a delivery date. They never offered a refund they just sent out another panel without asking me my preference. As I said I still haven’t received it. I would not buy from this company again and I wish I had read reviews before I placed my order because lots of people have had same experience with them. I shall keep msging them and get trading standards involved if they don’t resolve this ASAP. I do NOT recommend this company at all.”
