“Really outstanding service. We ordered three items for my son’s birthday, but one was not in stock. I was really impressed that I was emailed to check a time that would be convenient to speak, then called and offered a range of really good options. we had ordered first class delivery, but they upgraded this to next day delivery, even though we were nowhere near my son’s birthday. It was so good to deal with a friendly family firm who went above and beyond; the packaging was impeccable, and all the items are really good quality. Cannot recommend highly enough!”

“I paid a lot of money for a faster delivery. My pakkage arrived over a week later! At that time I allready was on holiday. Don’t know where my pakkage is now. UPS has stopped trying to deliver.”

“Happy with the kit that has arrived however I would consider a data breach on the packaging. My email address and phone number were visible on the packing note meaning all of my data was visible to anyone handling the package”

“Everything was ok , I got the strings in the end considering there was no street name on the package,I managed to go to a different address and the Royal Mail post it there instead , your website didn’t give me an option to check if address was correct . But I got there in tgg hr e end .”
