“Rang to check waiting times for double clarinet cases as website was showing as out of stock. Was called back fairly quickly afterwards to confirm that there was one in stock and website was adjusted for me to place the order. It arrived a couple of days later. Just what I wanted, thank you. Time will tell how long it will last (!) but it looks and feels sturdy enough for the instruments going into it. Thanks very much!”

“I ordered a gigbag for my sopranino sax. Since I live in Sweden it had to be added with taxes and custom fee, and it also meant that it took a bit longer to deliver. I ordered it 23/2 and it was sent 25/2 and arrived today 6/3 after beeing delayed at the Swedish customs for some day, with start from 28/2. I am pleased with the case, it was as small as I wanted it to be. The case that came with the sopranino is almost twice as big in width. This will be usefull when traveling, since it can go inside a bigger bag. It is also of good quality, robust.”

“Was initially disappointed that the viola bow I ordered was on a back order and I didn’t realise that when I ordered it. However this issue was resolved and I was offered a slightly different bow at the same price which has proved perfectly good for my level of ability.”
