It took over a month for the order to arrive because one Lark rubber foot ordered was out of stock. At no time was I notified that there was a problem with the order so I was expecting it to arrive within the 5 days as quoted on the website. This was in spite of sending a reminder email to Bass Bags after 11 days that I haad not received the order. I had begun to suspect that the delivery had been lost in the post. Perhaps a method of dealing with pending orders could be put in place so that notification of the delay is sent to the customer. It has changed my confidence when placing orders with Bass Bags.

My wife along with two young children had to collect a large box from the Post Office because the courier, DPD, was too lazy to deliver to us as per our order. Despite being in the house a card was pushed through the door with the ultimatum that if the item wasn’t collected by a certain date it would be returned to the sender. I suggest to any potential buyer of products from Bass Bags do not order from them if they use DPD. I emailed the seller twice but received no reply from them…..make of that what you will. A very poor service!

Was disappointed with the guitar tuner. Poor quality and the instruction leaflet was written mostly in Chinese!! I will be writing a separate e-mail as I will be returning it

You received my order on 17 September and it was finally delivered on the 9 November ie. 7 weeks later. I had no contact from you in the intervening period and had to contact you myself to find out what happened to the order. The product looks good but I really needed it much quicker. You could have let me know that there was likely to be a delay, or suggest an alternative product which you had available in stock.

Hi Klaas, I’m sorry that your strings haven’t arrived yet, we shipped your strings on the same day that you ordered them. You should have received an email with the tracking information. I have tracked your shipment and it is currently going through customs clearance in the Netherlands. If customs require any information to aid clearance, they will contact you directly. The product was described as black. Which is why I purchased it. However it is a maroon and black colour and I am trying to return it. When I phone your company I can only leave a message although I am advised to press star for an operator. However I indersyand that o M being sent a returns label and hoefully this will enable a free post return. I am still waiting and my last e Ail has not been answered
