“The green neon violin case is great! I came across your site and ordered it without much thought because I couldn't find this exact color anywhere but here. “I ordered a double oboe case at the beginning of May. I didn't realise it would be made to order so had to chase when it didn't arrive within 2 weeks to clarify the situation. However, I have now received the case and it was worth the wait. It is very well made and the instruments are very well padded/protected. It should last me years.”

“Ordered my first ever bow and rosin from bassbags. Great service, discussed the possiblity it may be too hot to post my rosin which I thought was brilliant customer service. “My 19th century double bass normally stays in my music room but I intend to use it out and about which means it needs more protection than the old bag that currently houses it. The advice I received from Bass Bags was super helpful and very surprisingly the new bag arrived the next day. I am delighted and confident that my old bass will be fully protected. Many thanks”
