“The good set of varied strings arrived for my Cello - 2 Larsen Soloist - 2 Spiricore ( lower strings ) . Used this set before & work wonderfully on my French Cello . Arrived when said it would by Royal Mail ‘ Special Delivery ‘ - well packaged”

“I ordered a double oboe case at the beginning of May. I didn't realise it would be made to order so had to chase when it didn't arrive within 2 weeks to clarify the situation. However, I have now received the case and it was worth the wait. It is very well made and the instruments are very well padded/protected. It should last me years.”

“Ordered my first ever bow and rosin from bassbags. Great service, discussed the possiblity it may be too hot to post my rosin which I thought was brilliant customer service.
