“Excellent bags. This was a new one but I've bought a few over the years, all still in service. They're very flexible: different instruments will fit into the slots (recorders anyway, which is what I use them for). Thanks.”

“I only ordered a pot of Pops Rosin but the team at Bass Bags contacted me to say that there would be a delay in dispatch because of the hot weather we were experiencing at the time and they didn't want the rosin to melt in the post. How thoughtful was that? Top marks”

“They took the trouble to offer an alternative to my choice of music stand when it was thought they were out of stock. They went the extra mile to find the last one in stock and ship it to me as soon as it was possible. The stand was good quality, light and stable and exactly what I wanted within a reasonable price. The commu cation was friendly, polite and informative.”
