“I've been a customer of Bass Bags for some years now and enjoy the personal service. My recent order took slightly longer to get to me for some reason, but it didn't cause undue problems. My recent internet research tells me that you are still the only outlet stocking double bass bow quivers with two buckles - the design I much prefer. I have another double bass arriving soon (my fourth!) so in the New Year I will probably order another quiver from you. Best wishes for the future!”

“Great online store with all the best double bass products I’d previously had to get imported from the States. However it gets even better if you can get there in person! Was really impressed with the specialist knowledge, help and advice available from the staff. The ability to try bass transducers and double bass strings for real is fabulously helpful and potentially saves you hundreds of pounds and many hours of experimenting! Got a range of mainly modern Chinese basses in store, but Bass Bags have picked the real pick of the crop and they are all serious instruments that represent amazing value for money at each price point. I was able to upgrade my ‘gigging bass’ that I don’t have to worry about too much to something that sounds fab from the bass they recommended. Just did a gig with a major American artist on tour with it and it sounded like a bass costing several times the price… They are also selling my previous gigging bass I upgraded from for me, so a great comprehensive service. Really pleased to have discovered this shop. Check them out for yourself!!”

“You received my order on 17 September and it was finally delivered on the 9 November ie. 7 weeks later. I had no contact from you in the intervening period and had to contact you myself to find out what happened to the order. The product looks good but I really needed it much quicker. You could have let me know that there was likely to be a delay, or suggest an alternative product which you had available in stock.”
