“The 'cello stand seems very stable and as advertised, although I have not used it much yet as it has only just arrived. Suggest not using Royal Mail in future as it took rather a long time to arrive even though it was speedily despatched by sender. Could not track the parcel as Royal Mail would not recognise the number from the link.”

“The bass bag I received was excellent, It arrived in time for my move, and was a really good fit for my Victorian double bass. I was a little surprised to receive it because we had quite a lot of confusion over the order, but I was very glad when it came thank you”

“I was really pleased with the new double bass bag that I ordered which matched the description and had all the features I was looking for, including the fitted wheels and backpack straps. If fits my double bass perfectly, thanks to the size charts provided on the website. However, I was a little disappointed that the bag wasn't delivered in the 5 working days that the website stated it would be, and that I wasn't contacted to let me know that it was not going to be delivered within that time frame. This led to two failed delivery attempts by UPS, as I was back at work by the time the delivery took place, and ended up having to collect the parcel myself directly from the UPS depot.”
