“I have used Baskets Galore a few times because I live in the United States and my family are in the UK. The delight I saw on their faces when they received their baskets was wonderful. They enjoyed the contents and loved the presentation and balloon! I will use Baskets Galore many more times for my distant family gifts of joy.”

“Great website, great range of interesting ideas, easy to find what suited my occasion! Easy payment and fab for someone wanting to send something from overseas! Delivery had to be the next week which was the only drawback!”

Monday being a late bank holiday in UK caused some delays on a deliveries as couriers do not collect and do not deliver that day. Sorry we could not offer earlier delivery date unfortunately we are restricted by this May Holiday at this time of year. “Thank you so much for giving me the chance to make up such a lovely hamper to keep my mum busy as she was recovering from an operation. The hamper looked gorgeous ( mum sent me a photo) and I was able to track its delivery almost to the minute- this was really helpful as I live in Sydney, Australia. It has often been hard to find the right presents 'online' to send from here to the UK so your efficiency and attention to detail was much appreciated. “I have ordered two of these baskets now. I have been very pleased with both of them. It is really easy to order, everything in the basket is listed so you can tell what you are getting. They are presented really nicely in a lovely wicker basket, covered in cellophane and a ribbon tied around it. They make a really lovely gift. I have given them 4 stars. The only reason I have left a star off is the delivery, although it has always been delivered on the day stated, the delivery company cannot state what time on that day, they just say delivery will be by the end of the day. So you have to wait in all day for it to come. If they could just state even, morning or afternoon, it would be useful.”

Regarding a delivery, we use 3rd party courier companies to deliver our gifts, most of our couriers send a text messages to customers to advice an approx time of delivery and ways to reschedule. Your gift basket has been delivered by DHL we heard that they are testing this service and will introduce it to customers very shortly. You can always contact our customer service team and they will contact DHL for you to find out an approx time of delivery on a day. “It was my first time ordering in this site and I just wanted to surprise my Boyfriend since he is feeling under the weather. The picture doesn't do justice! When he received it and showed it to me via skype; It was just beautiful, everything was packed neatly and the presentation was superb. I am beyond grateful that he was so happy when he got it. I also appreciate the card and freebies. Everything was perfect even the delivery was super fast. Thank you so much, I will definitely order again!”

“Naturally, I was sceptical of ordering such an item online with my main concern being the quality of the product delivered. However, I'm glad I took the chance as the quality was great! The basket was for a good friend who recently had surgery and she loved it, the contents were great and as described online. I was kept updated of the progress and the delivery so couldn't have asked for more. I shall be using this service again, hopefully for something a little more positive than for a "get well" gift next time!!!”
