“I have been using BasketsGalore for about 4 years now. I live in Australia and send baskets to my in-laws in England and occasionally to Germany - would not use any other company! Excellent value for money, great range of options to choose from, easy payment system, up to date tracking and more importantly, can deliver in peaks time at almost the last minute if needed! Highly recommend, and will continue to order with them.”

“I had not used your services for the past 6 years, but when I made contact you had remembered my details which made it easier to proceed. i did have a problem with my billiing address as I had moved since my previous purchase. Lauren sent me an email and helped me through the process. My daughter in the UK was delighted with the CHristmas hamper which arrived within the promised period.”

“Very disappointed with the service from Baskets Galore. I will not use them again. I wrote a Christmas message to be included. l requested a signature on delivery and to phone / test to let them know delivery coming. These instructions were completed on the pro forma of Baskets Galore. However, none of this done. The DHL deliverer left the gift at the neighbour's house, at a bin near their front door. Kindly, the neighbours then passed the parcel on to the recipient. There was no message or no sender name on the parcel, so the recipients had no idea who sent the parcel. They were going to ring DHL to find out more information. This is very poor service from both Baskets Galore and DHL.”

“The experience was effortless. Ordered from the USA to be delivered to a house bound relative in the UK. I was kept informed of the current status of my order at every step of the way right down to a photograph of the package on the doorstep. Relative was delighted with the contents and variety. Happy customers all round. Will use again.”
