“This review is hard to rate. The end product was amazing and phenomenal value for money. But the experience surrounding delivery was stressful and communication was confusing. I preordered delivery for 21 April. It needed to be that day as a birthday present for a family member internationally and they were leaving for a holiday that evening/early the next morning. I received notice of a DHL tracking number 20/4 stating the package had been posted. After checking the tracking number the DHL website returned an error that the number didn't exist. So I contact Basket galore directly to check. I was advertised the package was prepared for shipping that afternoon and the tracking number would work once scanned by the DHL courier. Made sense. Except I was then told it was being shipped to a warehouse for packing and processing to THEN be collected by a courier and delivered. Which started to cause concern given it was scheduled for delivery a little over 24 hrs later. When I questioned it I was literally told 'it will be delivered 21/4' with no explanation of what I was misunderstanding or explaining how that was going to be possible. That was literally the whole and only sentence. So I waited. Next update was from DHL to say delivery would be 22/4. My heart sank.i desperately tries to get in contact with some at Baskets Galore but as it was outside of their business hours I had to wait. Another update on 21/4 again just to say 'it will be delivered 21/4' even through DHL were still saying 22/4 and when questioned no explanation was given. I understand BasketsGalore cannot control the messaging from DHL but they could offer an explanation to calm my nerves or at least look into it if they weren't sure. That didn't happen. I just had to sit and wait and hope they were right and DHL was wrong. The end of the story is that the package DID arrive on time. However I would have appreciated better communication and understanding of my concern given the amount of money spent and the situation. I won't buy again simply due to that lack of communication and the uncertainty and stress that it caused unnecessarily. Which is a such given the products were beautiful and very well priced.”

“The basket was delivered on time, right before Easter weekend. My son was happy with the high-quality treats. A little bit on the pricey side, but still cheaper than incurring custom duties to send a gift to post-Brexit UK. I have used BasketsGalore for Christmas, birthdays, etc... for a few years now, and I will happily use their services again in the future.”
