“Purchased this as a gift for a colleague who had recently been sent home afternoon an operation. A great alternative to flowers - a much more thoughtful present and a great way for the recipient to pamper themselves. Happy to order from Baskets Galore in the near future.”

“I have used this company to send gifts and baskets since 2004. I have heard nothing but praises from my family on the quality of their baskets and the service. Their service is excellent and even though I am in Canada they help me all they can ! I recommend them every time for UK gifts!”

“The website was not easily navigated and the instructions on where to put special delivery details was vague. I ended up putting them in the message box as there was no visible "comments box" as the instructions stated. The basket has not yet been delivered so if the delivery instructions don't get read it may never make it to the correct person at St Georges hospital. It would be a good idea for Get Well baskets to have additional address lines to put hospital ward information so there is some level of confidence the basket will be delivered to a loved one.”

Hi Anthony, thank you for the feedback provided although we were disappointed to read this. I noticed you ordered on our sister site, rather than through main BasketsGalore store. We do state during checkout where to put the ward information if sending to a hospital and there is also a comments box available, so I will have the IT department check this is also noticeable on the sister site you ordered on. Please be assured everything is on course with your order. Your gift basket is scheduled for dispatch today, for delivery tomorrow on the special Saturday service. You will receive a dispatch email to explain how to track your order later this evening. I have also checked with the dispatch team & it is clearly marked with the ward/patient details. Please note, when couriers deliver to hospitals they have to take parcels to the main postroom. Then the hospital staff are responsible for passing it onto the correct ward so the signature may be a member of staff rather than the patient themselves. We also track all orders we dispatch & step in to help should there be any delivery difficulties. “What feels like a good company providing excellent service is getting ruined by a poor delivery courier company. You might consider switching to more efficient courier companies, companies who are dedicated to providing an excellent service. Companies who text you about your delivery, call you to advise they are an hour away, have real time tracking capabilities and with the ability to deliver to a near by place even if you are not home. After all its the customer that pays for the delivery service so why not make them get good value for their money.”

“I live in Australia and ordered a basket to be sent to a friend in hospital in London. Order process was quite straight forward. The online chat facility was a great backup when you wanted to ask a question. My order was processed and delivered the next day . My friend was quite chuffed with the basket he received.”

“I've used http://irishgourmet.co.uk/ on about ten separate occasions now for various gifts for different occasions ranging from Christmas, Birthday, Mother's day, Father's day, etc. Every time the service has been excellent and the gifts delivered in a timely manner, with excellent customer service. The baskets have always been received with much praise. I have no problem recommending them whatsoever.”
