Always do what Baskets Galore say they will do. They offer such a good range of products that can be shipped to friends and family in the EU and deliver as appointed at the time and date chosen. The recipients are always happy and appreciative of the consignment and that is the reason why I choose to use this company for the excellent choice of products and the delivery options. Looking forward to arranging and choosing the Christmas hampers !

Thankyou to you at Baskets Galore .. I bought diabetic hamper for my Uncles 75th Birthday and it has been well received. Items are lovely and My Uncle can have all the treats inside as they for a diabetic person. Thankyou for great Customer Service I Highly Recommend to use Baskets Galore as they do a great job providing lovely hampers. Huge Thanks to the Team at Baskets Galore for making my Uncle very happy on his Special Birthday.

My sister in law in England had died. She never cared for flowers but loved chocolate. The basket was sent to her family in memory of her.

Hi David. We’re really sorry to hear this. Your gift was dispatched the next working day, but unfortunately, it was delayed at the Parcelforce depot for 24 hours. I found just the right mix of Easter goodies to help family overseas celebrate the occasion. It was such an easy selection and ordering process, too. The personalised service and follow up via email was a much-appreciated bonus adding to what was a great experience overall. Will definitely be using Baskets Galore again. Happy Easter!

My basket wasn’t delivered, after spending close to 80pounds , no refund no basket. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Hi Wilfred. We completely understand your frustration, and we're sorry for any disappointment caused. As mentioned in our previous messages, the parcel was delivered successfully to the hospital. We've followed up with the courier, who has provided full proof of delivery, including the name of the staff member who signed for it. Unfortunately, once a gift is accepted by hospital staff, we have no control over how quickly it's passed on internally. We do highlight this in the delivery advice section on our website. Hamper was okay but unfortunately they sent a Happy Birthday instead of a Sympathy card. When emailed, I got a very lack luster excuse.

My grandson who lives in London sent me a photo in NZ of the basket and it's contents. I was extremely happy and so was he. I will definitely be calling your company again at Easter. Service was 10/10. Even received a photo from Courier of basket deliveered to front door.
