“The basket was sent on time. There was flexibility to change the delivery date at the last minute. I only wish they would advise of the time when it was going to be delivered. At the very least, more clarity to whether it was early in the morning, at noon, in the afternoon, in the evening or at night. We only knew the date. Delivery time was important.”

“We have been using Baskets Galore for a few years now, we live in the States and my mum lives in the UK. Everything we have ordered, from baskets to hampers have been just amazing. “We have been using Baskets Galore for quite a few years now. My husband and I live in the States, and my mother lives in the UK. Ever hamper, basket, flowers, etc. we have sent, my mum has loved them and we have not been disappointed once. The choices they have, their delivery, their customer service has been exceptional.”

“I recently ordered a basket for my sister who was not feeling well. The basket arrived on time, although there was a minor issue, which I discussed with Lauren from customer service. She then went above and beyond to remedy the problem. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service that I received. Overall, I highly recommend Baskets Galore to others and would definitely order with the company once again!”

“The website is easy to navigate and had just what I was looking for. I ordered a sympathy/bereavement basket which I haven't found anywhere else.
