“Despite me making a mistake about my delivery date, the service from BasketsGalore in rectifying it was fantastic as they are a brilliant company. I have used them for several years now, as their hampers are first class and I've ordered 3 from them for Christmas this year. Hi Maxwell, I am sorry if you did not want your order delivered until closer to Xmas. When you checked out, you selected 21st November as your preferred delivery date. Please check your order confirmation email. We did reach out to you via email on 22nd November to ask if you meant to select this date, but no reply was received. We are receiving a large volume of orders on a daily basis. Some customers want delivery ASAP, and some choose a later date. We trust you will understand that when we didn't hear back from you, we decided on the course of action that we thought best met your instruction, and delivered ASAP. “I recently ordered a sympathy basket for good friends experiencing a family tragedy. I am in the US and they are in the UK. I wanted to send them something but was having trouble finding something with decent reviews that would deliver to them. The order shipped quickly. I had written a comment on my order and I was pleasantly surprised that a real person emailed me back in response. And quickly! My friends appreciated the basket and I appreciate that I could send them some love from afar. I fully intend to place more orders for them (and others in the UK) going forward. Thank you!”
