It was an easy way to purchase a gift from over in New Zealand to have it delivered in England for Christmas. Communication throughout was excellent and response to a query was quick, detailed and professionally polite. The only issue was the greeting card was missed by the recipient as it was hidden on the outside of the consignment under the courier label.
However, after instructions it was found and who the gift was from was confirmed. The gift of contents were well received.
We'd use this company again in the future.
