“I was exceptionally pleased with the efficiency that the company processed and dispatched my order. I was on tenterhooks as I had left the ordering of the gift close to the date it was needed but it arrived before the expected date - so pleased. “Very satisfied with the piece produced by Ballantynes. It is particularly sentimental and very meaningful to my children, capturing an important family memory when we were as a family gathered at the Royal Scots Boer War monument in Edinburgh, when they were tiny. Despite them being much bigger now they were very touched to see the moment immortalised by the sculpture produced by Ballantynes, when I gave it to them as a Christmas present, With a personalised engraving. My daughter’s face was a picture. This will now become a family heirloom and will he treasured by generations to come in the family no doubt. Thank you Ballantynes”

“Having served over 35 years in the Army as a soldier and an officer I have collected my share of figurines. However, the one I purchased as a gift for my son from Ballantynes is certainly a forward step in both quality and price. The web service is clear and articulate and the customer service keeps one updated at every juncture; it is not to much to say it was a pleasure buying from Ballantynes. Five stars does this company an injustice, they certainly go above and beyond - thank you.”

“Had this recommended to us and so glad we did. What a fantastic statue with plenty of space to leave a message. And the service was so fast. Ordered and then advised it was completed within a day or so. Sent out, really well protected. All in all, a fantastic all-round service. Many thanks”
