“Ballantynes of Walkerburn is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I had an issue with placing my order and they responded almost immediately. They quickly helped me alleviate my problem and place the order. Then my order arrived within a few days, and I live in America. The product they sell is just as good as their service. The quality and look of the statue is superb!”

“Outstanding service. Emailed Neil my request for engraving, I received a very prompt reply with the confirmation of what design would look like, I agreed the design and the engraving was done immediately and I received my product with 2 days, very securely and safely package. Again outstanding service.”

“The Paramedic Statues are brilliant and just what I needed. However, they only arrived today 5th October. I know this is not your fault, they were sitting in Dublin for at least a week after I had paid the customs charge. I will be ordering more of them hopefully. Thank you”

Hi and I'm sorry to hear of the shipping delay. We add all the correct customs information to shipping information to enable them to sail through Irish Customs. We've seen them slow the boxes down though. If you are ordering from Ireland please try to add a few days to the ordering process. Neil Ballantyne

“I ordered a mixed style decanter and two glasses as a wedding present and had the decanter engraved. I called up on Wednesday and asked if they could get it to me by Friday if I got the engraving and confirmed proof back to them before they closed on Wednesday...they said yes and they didn't disappoint. They got back to me within 10 minutes of placing the order online to confirm the engraving was correct and sent it out on Thursday for Friday delivery. It was delivered Friday morning and packaged really well. The item itself and engraving were brilliant. Incredibly professional and so impressed with the service they provided. I would 100% order from them again. Absolutely amazing, thank you.”

“The service I received was first class from start to finish and when the personalised bottle arrived - WOW - it was exceptional. Beautifully packaged (box was gorgeous)and there was no way it wasn’t going to arrive in one piece. The recipient was stuck for words ( which is unusual) but thought it was absolutely beautiful.
