“Ordered the female soldier, it arrived without the cap badge, 30 second phone call to their office and they arranged collection and re delivery a week later. Will use again, and would happily recommend the business.”

“I purchased as a gift a wine decanter inscribed plus four glasses for a friend. She was totally blown away when opening the “package” having expected perfume or other. The service from order to delivery was exceptional and as a repeat customer this quality has never diminished over the years. Exceptional Platinum service.”

“Product good but delivered with incorrect base. To their credit the MD personally replied and offered an exchange but it was after the fact really. These are important occasions so please get it right, whatever the circumstances.”

“Great work, I sent my design idea at around five in the evening, by lunchtime the following day I got an email with the draft design. It was perfect. Three days later it arrived, intact ready to be gifted, there was no receipts or paperwork inside the wine box. So can be left sealed. Great for a leaving present from the team”
