“Ordered hip flask with engraving, Sunday night, needed by Thursday, email confirmation Monday morning arrived Thursday. Item was really well packaged in bubble wrap inside a box, no damages in transit. Quality service, really pleased. Thank you.”

“I was very disappointed initially to receive my order and see it was very badly damaged in the packaging. I was also very disappointed in the raection from the customer sales person whom i spoke to. However when the replacement product arrived it was as expected so overall i was pleased”

“I ordered a bottle of port with the engraving for 2 Para and the 40th anniversary of the Falklands. Amazed with the bottle and the engraving on it. As well as the engraving of the main Islands with a Parachute Regiment badge, it also had the names of the fallen at Goose Green and at Wireless Ridge. Thanks for a fantastic way to remember.”

“Had problems placing the order on android phone initially but was rectified with a telephone conversation. We visited your site to uplift the hipflask and because of poor/no signage had difficulty locating the building. Other than above issues, overall an excellent purchasing experience.
