“We are most pleased with the the beret and boots that we ordered from you. I know our son will be delighted for his chrstmas present as you know Robert was in the airforce 19 years service and is now back at his base at marham working for BAE SYSTEMS so thank you for what we can give for christmas. “The 'When Duty Calls' bronze statue embodies everything about an Infantry soldier. His equipment, Rifle and the Bugle which can communicate orders the battlefield above the noise and smoke. An awesome statue, it's design and quality are excellent.”

“The online order form was very user-friendly and so no issues for me. I called Ballantynes to ask the expected delivery date and they promised 7 days , I didn't actually expect this to happen but it did. The statue arrived very well and protected in it's box and it is a really attractive thing to present to one of our retired colleagues.”

“We ordered plain glasses to be engraved. They were really helpful and sent an image of the design for approval before engraving. We then received the glasses very quickly and well packaged. We are really pleased with the quality of the glasses and the engraving we requested. It took a week from the initial order to the presentation case being delivered.”
