Brilliant service, sent a preview and made a small alteration for me, dispatched quickly, item did arrive with some damage to packaging but this is not a reflection on the company as they had made every effort to package well. The engraved bottle of whiskey is a retirement gift and looks superb, couldn’t be happier.
