“We ordered plain glasses to be engraved. They were really helpful and sent an image of the design for approval before engraving. We then received the glasses very quickly and well packaged. We are really pleased with the quality of the glasses and the engraving we requested. It took a week from the initial order to the presentation case being delivered.”

“I purchased a decanter and glasses from the REME shop as a gift for my son. On receipt, he mentioned he wanted the tray and he tried to buy one from the shop but was unable. I emailed Ballantynes of Walkerburn and received a reply saying they had the tray in stock which I ordered. I received the tray which is just what I wanted. Lovely tray and it had a bass plate too very nice.”

“My beret and boots with a fully engraved plate arrived fast and well protected and looks stunning. So much so I gave it to my husband immediately rather than waiting until Christmas. It’s fantastic and such great service too.”
