“Ballantynes are masters of their craft. I ordered a wine decanter for a friend leaving the forces. The website is excellent and they have so much choice. I opted for an engraved gift and they did not disappoint. Would highly recommend this company for your gift ideas and needs. Communication was excellent and the gift came beautifully boxed and very well wrapped. My friend was ‘delighted’ with it.”

“The statuette I bought,the Urban Northern Ireland soldier is above and beyond. The detail is superb,it catches the moment. The brass plaque and cap badge finishes it off . I'm really very happy and I look at It and it brings back memories and comrades I served with.”

“As usual, the service I receive from Ballantynes is outstanding. The speed at which you respond to a request, design layout and execution of the order is always exceptional. Not only do I use this company to purchase gifts for my husband who is ex-army but his regimental association have a strong connection to purchasing items to use in their annual raffle which all the members wish to win.”

“I received fantastic customer service when I called for assistance as to which set to purchase for my husband as a birthday gift. The order came extremely quickly and the order process was very straightforward. I gave my husband this a gift for his birthday today and he absolutely loves it. It was filled with his favourite whiskey and given pride of place on our drinks cabinet within minutes of opening!”
