“Ordered the RN CPO Boots & Beret scuplture with engraving. Received quickly but unfortunately the wrong rank was delivered. I was able to easily contact their customer service team who rectified the error quickly and without fuss. I received the correct product just a few days later and its fantastic, great quality and will be a great retirement gift for one of our colleagues.”

“Wow, such a fantastic service. I ordered a statuette with engraved plate on the base. As I am living in New Zealand, I expected to have to wait weeks or months for my order delivery.
