“Thanks Ballantynes. My Jimmy is a really good replacement for the original that I was presented with as an Apprentice Tradesman but sadly stolen. Delivered in quick time and well packed.”

“I have used Ballantynes of Walkerburn for a number of years to get retirement gifts for fire service colleagues. Every occasion has been dealt with quickly and the standard of finished items is always very high. The last time I ordered a crystal decanter and glasses engraved with our fire service badge was all completed within a week. From online order to delivery. “Extremely pleased with the engraved hip flask. I've bought this item before as it makes a great leaving gift, especially as it can be personalised. It took less than 4 days from placing the initial order to reciving the item. The engraving was crisp and well executed and the parcel was well packed ensuring that it arrived safely. The flask comes in a neat little box that sets it off nicely, making it look far more expensive than it is. I have purchased numerous items from Ballantynes in the past and their level of customer service and attention to detail has always been spot on. I highly recommend their products and services.”

“We purchased this statue for our sons 21st birthday. He joined the police force last year so we thought this would be a lovely present for him. He is over the moon with the statue and it is in pride of place in his house.”

“Great product, and equally great service with very prompt delivery (2 days). My only criticism would be regarding the Defence Discount and Blue light codes which I attempted to use at a rate of 10% discount. There was no discount on the optional mahogany base and the option for free delivery disappeared as soon as I applied the code, which meant the discount went down from £21 to £11. If you offer 10% then please apply it across the board. Aside from that, then 5*.”
