I was happy with my first order. I wanted to order one additional badge but couldn't find the exact design and was unable to to sign in to my account to find out. When I called for assistance nobody could help me and was told to order online. I have received my badge but it is different from the others. for something simple to reorder turned out to be quite complicated and unsatisfactory.

Badges arrived too late for our event. When I phoned to ask for an update on the order I was told that the expected delivery times quoted on the website are only a guideline and that due to many events restarting since Covid, they were inundated with orders. If they had stated this on their website then I wouldn't have placed the order.

I had trouble with the website being down and when my order was finally received only the payment had come through and I had to resend the list of names for the badges. When the badges did arrive 3 out of 20 were incorrect and it took over 2 weeks to get this sorted.

Really disappointed with the service recently. We have been a loyal customer with Badgemaster for some time. I requested my colleague to order a badge online, and unfortunately needed to cancel it the next day. Badge was ordered in the afternoon, cancellation request the next day and cancellation was denied. Not even a change requested to the name on the badge to at least be able to re-purpose it. Perplexing, because we are told it could take 14 days for the badge to arrive when we called for order updates in the past. Hence, we need to plan orders in advance. Disappointed! It's a badge in the bin when recycling is a big thing.

Unfortunately, when a personalised product is already in the production, we cannot cancel it, as one of the first stages is either printing or engraving. Unfortunately, we have been disappointed with the company. If we order a one-off badge it is fine, but ordering a few badges and its not good. On two occasions our order has been lost. Another occasion and it was printed the wrong colour. The website does not correctly take into account the quantity discount. All in all a disappointing experience and we shall be looking at a different company for our next badge purchase

Online tool didn't work like it should, uploading names didn't create more badges, copying a design just duplicated that design which meant that changing the duplicate also changed the original. End result was poor, some of the letters had come off, one of the badges came in two versions, one with name printed incorrectly, one correctly.

Asked for a proof was told it was a reorder so no proof necessary, sent wrong logo badge. Sent email over a week ago, still no response.......

Customer service extremely poor. Tried to remake an order several times and had absolutely no response from customer services, when you call they tell you that you need to email, but when you email you don't get a reply.
