Badges were supplied with incorrect fastenings (not as ordered). When I raised tihs, I was told to "snap off the fittings at the back and we'll supply magnets". Or send them back and we'll supply new ones. The "customer service" person seemed totally disinterested and sounded like she was having a bad day. Unfriendly and unhelpful. When asked if the p&p will be reimbursed due to it not being my fault, I was told "no one was in the office to authorise this" (and even if there was, I got the impression she'd not have bothered asking). I emailed to complain about the proposed remedy and poor attention and attitude of the staff member and was told that at the preparation stage there were new staff in the team who were being trained up, there was an apology of sorts and that they would send out the badges as ordered. Nothing for my trouble though, inconvenience and additional wait, however. I asked when they would arrive, and 3 weeks later still await a reply to this email (although the badges arrived 2 weeks ago). Would not use again and would not recommend. Avoid.
