At our advanced factory based in Newstead we manufacture and supply bespoke name badges for around 30,000 customers in the UK. Everyday almost a million people go to work wearing a Badgemaster name badge. “The lettering on my badge was not central and when I asked for this to be corrected they refused and said I was responsible.”

We're so sorry to hear about your experience whilst shopping at Badgemaster. Unfortunately, the tools on our badge designer can seem a little awkward to use, however, there is a 'centralise' image/text button on the website badge designer and our team should have assisted you in using this. The badge images ordered go straight through to our production department exactly as you designed the badge. We are sorry that our team did not handle your case with the efficiency you expected.
