“Shocking service send me wrong delivery And they blamed me for not excepting the delivery and charged me 20 percent of perches. Delivery driver was very rude and staff was not helpful.”

“AWBS Oxford we’re extremely helpful in making sure we had the extra supply’s needed for a bank holiday weekend project! Even an added bank holiday Monday delivery! Very pleased with the customer service and would definitely recommend. Many thanks to Naomi and the team 👍”

“I have used AWBS several times now and the quality of the product is excellent. Delivery is always prompt and the driver puts it where I want it. I can also buy it as I need it rather than having loads of bags on the drive or ordering more than I need. Great company”

“I placed an order for Cotswold chippings 12/03/21, delivery was confirmed for 17/03/21. Then received a phone call saying the order would be delayed 10 days because of quality issues. That's the last and only call they so fit to make. Now at 12/04/21 and after several emails and a phone call, by my self, still no answer. They took the money quick enough.”

“AWBS is new to me having ordered similar items before from other companies. But AWBS beats all of them for me - easy on-line ordering and payment details, very quick delivery well before the delivery date expected and the delivery driver was polite and helpful with setting down the goods ordered in the place I asked. I will certainly use AWBS more from now.”

“First time we have used them......very helpful chap on the phone, the delivery was on time and the driver managed to drop the load very conveniently close to our rear entrance.The turf and top soil were great value and has tidied up a scruffy corner of our garden”
