“All the staff i have spoken to in the office on the telephone are helpful and friendly . nothing was too much hassle for them.polite and friendly .and the drive that delivered my soil .was so nice his name was jack .he was so helpful and friendly polite .i wish all delivery drivers and the people that answer the phone a polite as you .thank you P.S I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU”

“Product was good quality (trellis panels and posts) delivered on time and driver helped me carry it to where it was to be placed. Also bought fence clips which were poorly galvanised with rust showing. They will probably not last as long as the trellis and posts and will soon look unsightly against the nicely finished wood work.”

“Have used AWBS on a number of occasions and they have always been my go to for any bulk bags. But having ordered 2 x jumbo bags of 40mm slate I'm not sure I will use again. Deliver as always was excellent but the quality of the slate. Not so. The first bag was ok ISH. But the second bag once emptied, (bag cut open) had a lot of rubbish in it. We collected around 10kg of white pebbles. There is also a lot of other pebbles in it along with a lot of other bits other than slate. It's almost like a bag split in the yard and it was swept up off the floor. Both bags are also very "dirty" I'm just hoping once we get some heavy rains it will clean it off a bit and look better. For the price paid I think there is better quality slate out there.”

“Good price, good product, effective and straightforward ordering and delivery. Slight confusion over delivery date, so product arrived 2-days late but that was not a problem for me. Unsure what to do with the bulk bags when emptied - old ones not collected by AWBS, can they be recycled?”

“Happy with the size and price. Now it has rained the graphite slate colour has come out and happy with it. The only down side is that they couldn't drop it into our garden as there is a grass area at the front of garden which the crane/truck couldn't reach. Would be excellent customer service if they can sort out this problem.”

“The stuff appears to be as described in the quantity promised ( though I have no means to weigh it myself). It was delivered to the spot in the driveway that I specified, which was most important.”
