“I seven stepping stones to create a path in back garden (heavy clay soil under lawn which I wanted to avoid stepping on in wet weather. Stones arrived on time and very good quality”

“AWBS provided an excellent service from quote (done by Brian) to completion of the project. The quote was competitive and was completed to an excellent standard by Tom and Scott (56m2 of porcelain paving and 34m2 of sandstone paving). Tom kept me informed and involved with all decisions. Both of them took an obvious pride in their work. I now have a stunning patio for summer, thank you. Naomi provided excellent and efficient accounts support. A very friendly team.”

“Unfortunately I've got to join the multiple other people who has had the misfortune to encounter the rude staff at AWBS Oxford. I've used them a few times and staff have been a bit hit and miss, sometimes helpful sometimes rude. Unfortunately they excelled themselves recently after telling me they had put items aside to collect I made the journey to find they had sold them without explanation. The staff member completely uninterested and rude bordering on aggressive. Refused to take any responsibility or apologise because it was 'just turf'. Felt a bit like dealing with a petulant child. Mistakes happen but being rude and unhelpful is harder to justify. I try to support a local business where possible but there are plenty other more professional companies that will be getting my business.”

“Shocking service send me wrong delivery And they blamed me for not excepting the delivery and charged me 20 percent of perches. Delivery driver was very rude and staff was not helpful.”

“I have used AWBS several times now and the quality of the product is excellent. Delivery is always prompt and the driver puts it where I want it. I can also buy it as I need it rather than having loads of bags on the drive or ordering more than I need. Great company”
