“I am a long time customer of awbstld. However, I spoke to a service rep who claimed to be Adrian White this morning. He stated clearly "we are not interested in your business, to supply and deliver soil". Absolute, shame. No problem solving or asking how you can help. If this was Adrian who I spoke to then you must have too many clients. You aren't getting any of my business or my clients. Thank you for your past efforts.”

With regards to your complaint, it was explained to you that, due to unprecedented customer demand, our entire soil stock is currently allocated to customers awaiting delivery. Hi Ian, thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed as a collection and refunded in full after a conversation with our Oxford branch. We offer a local delivery service to the Oxford and Swindon areas, therefore we were unable to deliver to you based on your location, so the order was fully refunded. Apologies for any confusion. “Good prices for sharp sand and compost bulk bags. I ordered four bags of sharp sand but ended up only using three, so wanted to return one for a refund when ordering a couple of bags of compost. They wanted a 50% re-stocking fee, which is grossly excessive considering I was ordering two more bulk bags from them. They ended up charging 25% re-stocking, for what was simply picking up the bag of sand when they delivered the two bags of compost. I'm pleased with the service and prices, but I resent the re-stocking fee.”

“Delivery arranged for Friday. Had a phone call towards the end of the day to say it wasn’t going to arrive and was I ok with Monday. Called on Monday around 4 and still no delivery no one could tell me where my delivery was. Showed up randomly on Tuesday.”
