“I've placed several orders with AWBS over the last couple of years, and the products are good quality and competitively priced. I greatly appreciate the convenience of free local delivery. I've had 2 orders delivered in the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately, one of these deliveries was a day late and I had to ring to find out where it was - AWBS could improve their service by being proactive and calling customers if there is a delay. There was an error with the second delivery - the wrong items were left and I had to call to let AWBS know. It turned out that my goods had been delivered elsewhere, but the important thing is the delivery driver took full responsibility for the error and sorted it out within an hour. Thanks for the service!”

“I ordered two great products, compost and lawn sand, from AWBS at a great price and delivered by a polite and careful AWBS employee, great company, thank you.”

“Excellent service: 12 dumpy bags of ballast delivered calmly and speedily, the driver popped them over the front wall exactly where I wanted them: settled the bags neatly side by side, no spillage or drama. They can't give an exact delivery time, which is fair enough, but were very helpful on the day, giving me an idea of roughly when the driver would be delivering.”

“I recently received some bags of cement and aggregate plus a large jumbo bag of sharp sand. All the products were of good value and the free delivery arrived promptly. Thank you.”

“Really happy with the service I received. I placed an order for some sharp sand to be delivered, then suddenly realised I had quite specific instructions about where I wanted it left, as no one would be home and I didn’t want my driveway to be blocked. I called up, and the instructions were passed on to the driver. He did a fantastic job and very skilfully delivered the sand exactly where I needed it, even managing to avoid my motorcycle—which I’d completely forgotten to move beforehand! 😂 Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.”
