The Swindon staff were generally, rude, disinterested and unhelpful.
I was made to feel fairly insignificant and your staff need to be a little more approachable.
Your staff were unaware of who I am, what I want and how much I want to spend.
Your staffs' attitude has lost your company around £ 4,000 of business.
Subsequently I will be purchasing from elsewhere.
Please do not leave the generic 'our staff are under extreme pressure...high demand....covid.... etc as this is wearing a little thin and we are all in the same boat.
