“As a keen DIY'er and always looking for a great deal, this company fits the bill. I generally know what i'm after in a product, so it's great to deal with an online company that has no hidden costs. Great product range with plenty of options. Drivers are spot on, even when i'm not home they take care and drop the load in or about the correct place. Great service, Thankyou.”

“The driver left my delivery according to my added instructions at the side of the house. He was kind enough to find a secluded spot & wrote exactly where it was put in the garden. Very courteous handwritten message on delivery note. Builders used AWBS for my patio project recently & since discovered I can actually buy just one off items myself with easy delivery. (Being a non driver, buying bulky goods is awkward.) Will be back again. Thank you.”

“I've placed several orders with AWBS over the last couple of years, and the products are good quality and competitively priced. I greatly appreciate the convenience of free local delivery. I've had 2 orders delivered in the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately, one of these deliveries was a day late and I had to ring to find out where it was - AWBS could improve their service by being proactive and calling customers if there is a delay. There was an error with the second delivery - the wrong items were left and I had to call to let AWBS know. It turned out that my goods had been delivered elsewhere, but the important thing is the delivery driver took full responsibility for the error and sorted it out within an hour. Thanks for the service!”
