“AWBS is new to me having ordered similar items before from other companies. But AWBS beats all of them for me - easy on-line ordering and payment details, very quick delivery well before the delivery date expected and the delivery driver was polite and helpful with setting down the goods ordered in the place I asked. I will certainly use AWBS more from now.”

“First time we have used them......very helpful chap on the phone, the delivery was on time and the driver managed to drop the load very conveniently close to our rear entrance.The turf and top soil were great value and has tidied up a scruffy corner of our garden”

“Requested a selected delivery date, awbs agreed to deliver on that date. Waited all day, it never arrived. They had loaded it on the lorry for the next day! Couldn’t understand my frustration at being let down! Days annual leave wasted!”

“Product good but communication terrible was told would arrive Fri 26th checked that morning and was told it would be that day - waited but it never came - rang next morning and told didn’t know what had happened to it - said would ring me back and let me know but never did product finally arrived later that day with no notification - I consider very poor communication skills with the customer.”
