When I first called the office, the chap I spoke to was not helpful at all and very dismissive. If I could have bought the pavestones elsewhere I would have done, but unfortunately I could not find them anywhere else in the time frame I needed. Think it was the Oxford office that I called initially - I then called one of the other offices and totally different experience - really friendly and helpful chap - sadly I had to deal with the Oxford office for the order - Also we have 4 or 5 broken slabs - I emailed about this but no response - called Oxford office, not terribly helpful, just said it was to be expected and if we really need them replaced the process would take weeks by the sound of it to have them replaced - considering I spent nearly £3000 with this company I would have expected better - At least the pavestones look great now most of them have been laid
