“Unusually poor service. Only on day of delivery they discovered they didn't have any stock. A complaint and request for a delivery date has gone unanswered”

Hi Stephen, apologies, we ran out of stock of this product eariler this week. However we are expecting new stock to be available over the weekend, therefore we will be able to deliver to you as soon as we can next week. “I was looking for some concrete paving slabs online for almost a week. The one that i found with a different company said the slabs take almost 12 weeks to arrive which is way too long. And then i found another one with another company they said someone will call me back to let me know if the slabs are available for deliver within the 2 weeks but they never call back. In the end i found one on AWBS website, i called to check if they are available for deliver within the next 2 weeks, the lady answered the phone in a very friendly polite manner and also she was very kind checked the stocks for me while i was on the phone. The slabs were available and she told me that they can deliver them asap or my prefer date. I ordered everything (cements, sharp sand, type one stones and slabs) all online and i asked them to deliver everything the following week and they did. The truck arrived at 7:30am and the driver was very friendly too. Overall, i am beyond happy with the service. Their products are reasonably priced. I would definitely order from them again. Highly recommended!”
