“The whole experience of having our new decking was dealt with the utmost professionalism. From Brian’s initial visit to laying the decking. Special thanks must be sent to Warwick and Ashley for going above and beyond their brief. They were both polite and worked very hard and are a tremendous asset to the Company. “Ordered bulk bags of mot type 1 and 40mm local shingle to do our drive. Competitive prices, easy to order online and flexible delivery. Unfortunately 20mm shingle was delivered in error. But after a quick call to the Swindon branch explaining the error and the need for the 40mm for the next day. It was quickly sorted and arrived the next morning. Great service (mistakes happen, it's how you resolve them that matters) and will definitely use them again when we do our garden later this year”

“Very hard to leave a review when I haven’t received my order! I received an acknowledgment of my order but there was no communication of when it would arrive. I phoned them up and they told me it would be that day or “maybe Monday”. It hasn’t arrived - no apology, no explanation. Not impressed at all with their customer service- very poor”

“I always use AWBS but... Ordered Rugby cement, and cheaper mannock cement delivered..... Excuse about not available in our areas, so why can it be ordered and accepted on the website? Price difference was not automatically adjusted, or an apology. Had to complain.. Its not the money £2.88 But the principle, rip off will now make me look elsewhere for future orders.. Felt like a scam. How many £2.88 are not questioned?”

“Good products. Delivery no so much. No delivery alert by email or text, no knock on the door by driver. Happened to see wagon and went to check the delivery to find one product short but delivery note ticked to say everything was dropped off. Oh, and a nut and bolt missing. Could have been 5 stars!!!”

Hi Peter, thank you for your feedback. We sold a huge amount of fence panels in the past week due to the adverse weather conditions so our stock holding unfortunately ran out very quickly, apologies. We have fresh stock coming in from Monday. Thanks, AWBS.
