“Maybe this should have been in the website description of the product! Amy Knox (Auto Finesse) 23 Sep, 14:48 CEST Hi Mike, thank you for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention. I am sorry to hear your detailing brushes have cracked. When placed in water the brush will soak up the water resulting in the the brush to swell, this is the reason for the plastic cracking. However I can ensure you this will not effect the performance of the products, its purely there for decorative reasons.”

We have had a look into this for you and can see that our customer service team did offer you a full refund for the brushes, or as an alternative solution offered to replace the brushes for you, although no response was received. “After sending an email , showing exactly the dimension of my pressure hose lance connection , I was advised I needed a Bosch fitting for an rac pressure washer , This was not the case and I had to spend a further £60, at a specialist hose shop to get the snow foam gun rigged up, the snow foam gun and product are really good , just a shame the in house knowledge does not match up,”

“I’m not going to lie I thought it was going to be amazing I brought the drying towel and washing mitten and the drying towel leaves white fluff everywhere and it’s annoying”

“I haven't had a great deal of chance to use all the products just yet. However, I have used the iron spray and found that the bottle spray head is awful. It just does not deliver a decent spray pattern and is very slow and splutters. Not what I would expect for from this manufacturer. The product itself seems OK. I left this on for a good few minutes but saw no colour change. So I assume that there were no deposits on the car after washing.”

“Placed my order on a Tuesday, was told on the Friday it had been sent next day delivery, waited in all day for it not to arrive, only to receive an email about 4pm saying it won't be delivered until Monday, rung UK mail only to be told "it arrived to them late" more likely they couldn't be arsed to process it through their systems. I was home for the weekend visiting my parents so that's where I got it shipped too as I work away and won't be home until Christmas now so I can't review any of the products I bought yet. Please change your couriers next time, UK mail are useless.”

“I find your products very hit and miss - they range from excellent to terrible. Example: your metal polish is amazing however your recently introduced spray car scents are rubbish - they aren’t cheap and they don’t last any longer than a day or two.”

“Products are very effective & make a clear difference to the vehicles when used correctly. An added bonus is that they smell great too! Only down side is that the bottles are very poorly made. The spray triggers have broken on nearly every bottle I've purchased, meaning that I have to transfer the contents into another bottle. Wish Auto Finesse would invest a little more money in quality containers for their products. :(”
