“So...the DPX DA is excellent. Power Weight Ease of use Used it once once so far but it gave great results. Unfortunately the courier service was rubbish. I paid extra for next day delivery but it came 3 DAYS LATER. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this so called next day delivery service especially when you pay extra for it. Over all 5/10 Due to the delivery, it's a shame really. If you do pay for next day delivery just know you can be disappointed, as the courier service DHL will not let you send to a local shop/drop of point. I ended up calling DHL premium numbers just to try and get my package sent me that I PAID FOR!! so next day delivery was like £6 or£7 Then I incurred £11 worth of call charges to try get my parcel to me.”

“I was happy but one thing disappointed me. One of the products wasn't closed properly and it spilled. If you could be more careful next time it would be great.”

“Very mixed opinions with the mystery (£200) box I received at the end of Jan. The delivery was quick and box was well packaged to a good standard, first impressions, the quality of the products look high end in the car cleaning products market. Unfortunately with the mystery box I didn’t receive one thing I was hoping for and after searching through the box and comparing to your site, I didn’t receive any of the best sellers which I was hoping/looking forward to trying. However this was abit disappointing. I’m looking forward to using your products I haven’t already tried.”

Hello Ashleigh, Thank you for your review. I am extremely sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Mystery Box you received, this is not how we want our customers to feel! Our Mystery Boxes were picked and packed at complete random from our huge range of products. Rather than guaranteeing products that would be included, we guaranteed that the £200 Mystery Box would include products worth at least £400. You are more than welcome to return your Mystery Box back to us for a refund. If you would like to do this please visit our website for more information on our returns system. Auto Finesse was closed between the 24th - 29th December due to a religious holiday, so we are trying our best to catch up on all the emails this week. “Bought packaged bundle with wheel cleaner and free brush on Black Friday. Brush already lost plastic tip on first wash... this is supposed to protect the tip of the brush and avoid scratching wheels. So nit going to use the brush anymore. Poor quality. Brush seemed nice though.”

“I feel the actual product is brilliant but the application I.e the spray nozzle is really poor. They feel very cheap and I’ve had a lot of them break on me or don’t spay out correctly like other we’ll know brands.”

“Maybe this should have been in the website description of the product! Amy Knox (Auto Finesse) 23 Sep, 14:48 CEST Hi Mike, thank you for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention. I am sorry to hear your detailing brushes have cracked. When placed in water the brush will soak up the water resulting in the the brush to swell, this is the reason for the plastic cracking. However I can ensure you this will not effect the performance of the products, its purely there for decorative reasons.”

“After sending an email , showing exactly the dimension of my pressure hose lance connection , I was advised I needed a Bosch fitting for an rac pressure washer , This was not the case and I had to spend a further £60, at a specialist hose shop to get the snow foam gun rigged up, the snow foam gun and product are really good , just a shame the in house knowledge does not match up,”

“I haven't had a great deal of chance to use all the products just yet. However, I have used the iron spray and found that the bottle spray head is awful. It just does not deliver a decent spray pattern and is very slow and splutters. Not what I would expect for from this manufacturer. The product itself seems OK. I left this on for a good few minutes but saw no colour change. So I assume that there were no deposits on the car after washing.”

“Placed my order on a Tuesday, was told on the Friday it had been sent next day delivery, waited in all day for it not to arrive, only to receive an email about 4pm saying it won't be delivered until Monday, rung UK mail only to be told "it arrived to them late" more likely they couldn't be arsed to process it through their systems. I was home for the weekend visiting my parents so that's where I got it shipped too as I work away and won't be home until Christmas now so I can't review any of the products I bought yet. Please change your couriers next time, UK mail are useless.”

“I find your products very hit and miss - they range from excellent to terrible. Example: your metal polish is amazing however your recently introduced spray car scents are rubbish - they aren’t cheap and they don’t last any longer than a day or two.”
