“The products are absolutely brilliant auto finesse is all I use. However the only problem I had was on delivery the clay bar lube spray bottle had been leaking and I lost half a bottle however it still did a great job only thing is I need some more already now.”

“The delivery was incredibly quick and had no problems with that. The customer was good in the fact I had a quick reply to my enquiry, however the response I got was less than helpful and left me just as confused as I was before I emailed asking for help. The product I was quite disappointed with, I bought a bottle of Tripple to use with the Dual Foam Applicators. The item I'm disappointed with is Tripple, on an initial test spot it looked to do the job well, however when applied to a full panel, it appeared to do nothing, and actually removed the improvement from the test spot, so I won't be buying this product again. The masking tape was also not great, as it could barely stay stuck down. The price however was very reasonable, less than £8 for 250ml bottle of product, large roll of masking tape for less than £3, and 2 applicators for less than £9. Delivery was cheap as well for next day, however I would of liked possibly a cheaper option for non next day.”

“Struggling to get it to work as expected a spray attachment as that seemed to be how it was advertised? Because of this difficult to take off the tree sap from Volvo roof.”

“Overall I love Auto finesse as a business, its retro but very modern at the same time. Unfortunately I'm not so enthused about the products, for the money I do feel my money is better spent on other brands such as Meguire's etc. The reason I say this is due to the bad experience I have had with some products (listed below). Tough coat; I used this pre winter and it lasted little more than 3-4 days before it began to lose its water repellence, which for the price was just not what I expected. Vision; I genuinely feel I could have just used a micro fiber cloth on its own and achieved the same result as when using this, I have experienced much much better in the past. Revitalise No.1; I don't dispute that this is a decent compound however the cut it fairly abrasive and MUST be followed by step 2 and 3 which for your average customer like myself I find the whopping £50.85!! just to much to afford and n the end up I look elsewhere for these type of products. I currently use a selection of Meguiar's products for my regular cleaning and a combination of poor boys, dodo juice and Meguiar's for pre event cleaning. Hope this information is of use to you and irrespective of the above I do hope I get the chance to win the detailing kit and prove my comments wrong. Thanks Thomas Moseley.”

“Can't fault the service its self but I don't rate the products at all, tried quite a few now and all have just been used once and never used again. Still waiting for that wow factor which I have had with many other brands products.”

“Great products but when you write to customer services 3 times to try to understand if you have all the right products and using them in the right order, you would hope they would reply. Especially when you have spent over £800!!”
