Delivery was sent to wrong depot and is 5 days late and still haven’t got it, no one will reply with an answer to where my package is

very disappointed, they sent a product that was used, it is not clear by whom and the age of the product, scuffs on the flask, drops of water inside or something else, the product works, the packaging is very high quality, the delivery is fast, but it did not leave a pleasant impression, if you buy it, you would like it to be new.

Item was faulty on delivery big tear in the bag I contacted to replace an the communication was poor arranged to swap on delivery of new item it didn't turn up I had to call again even tho I stated on 2 occasions in emails any day for delivery is fine so had to rearrange again another delivery date not happy for spending £300 i expect a better service

I still haven’t received my delivery. I’ve tried to get in touch with dhl and have received nothing back to tell me anything is even coming

I recieved my hand held foam gun on the 7/7/24 and used it once iv'e just tried useing it today and it will not stop sraying i've soaked the whole gun part in luke warm water , to no avail , the polish's are fine but this is rubbish

Awful, got my order wrong, I called up to the incorrect items replaced and all sounded like it was going to be fixed. It was not and it resulted in me losing £40 in the order + £120 in missing services that couldn't be provided to customers.

I was sent the wrong item, and couldn’t get a replacement without the wrong item being collected to be returned 1st, when the new item finally arrived it was leaking. Usually a good service although this is the 1st time I’ve had an issue. Their customer service methods are a bit poor compared to other companies. It’s their mistake not mine and they made things cheap and easy for themselves all the way, do right by your customers and they will leave positive reviews. They appear to be a premium brand but this shows to be false when you have an issue.

As I hope you can appreciate we have policies in place that must be followed. When an item is damaged or faulty, it must be returned back to us so the item can be assessed to establish why the issue occurred which helps us prevent similar issues happening in the future. On this occasion I can see that your replacement item had leaked around 5ml and a 20% discount code was issued for your next order to apologise for the leak. From when I placed the order directly on the website, it took 7 days for you to dispatch my order and a further 2 days for delivery. Granted I took the free delivery which was 5 - 7 business days, however this is NO EXCUSE for slow dispatch as I have previously ordered through Amazon free delivery with Auto Finesse and always had dispatch in 2 business days.

Hi Colin. I have had a look into this for you and I can see that your order was successfully delivered to you on the 7th working day, there was no delay with the dispatch or delivery of your order as the 5-7 working day service was selected by you at checkout. The order was placed on Tuesday 27th February, which is the 1st working day and it was delivered on Wednesday 6th March, which was the 7th working day. Please note couriers do not class Saturdays or Sundays as working days. We do have alternative shipping options available at checkout if the parcel was required sooner.
