“I’ve been using products from Auto Finesse for a while now and I’m really satisfied with the quality and results. Their products are easy to use, smell great, and give an amazing finish to the car. Special mention to Finale Quick Detailer, which has become one of my favorite detailing products — it’s super easy to apply, leaves a deep glossy finish without streaks, and gives the car a perfect showroom look after every wash. I definitely recommend Auto Finesse to anyone who enjoys keeping their car clean and well detailed.”

“The products themselves are fantastic, worked extremely well removing swirls etc There is one slight problem, which is not only auto finesse fault. The pads are meant to be 75mm, in reality they are 78. Them to make matters worse, the backing disc on da is meant to be 75mm, however it’s 72mm. However it works, that’s just me being pedantic.”

“My Experience as a New Auto Finesse Customer Being new to Auto Finesse, I had previously bought my car‑cleaning products elsewhere and achieved reasonable results. I came across Auto Finesse online and emailed them to ask whether their Snow Foam Cannon would fit my particular jet washer. I wasn’t expecting a quick reply, so I was genuinely impressed to receive an almost immediate response from Laura Neave at their Harlow site. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even advising me that I would need a specific attachment for my jet washer — which she arranged to supply. As a result of her excellent service, I immediately ordered the Snow Foam Cannon along with Avalanche pre‑wash and Dynamite Traffic Film Remover. The Cannon itself is superb: solidly built with brass fittings rather than plastic, which was a pleasant surprise. I washed my car and was impressed with the Cannon and the Avalanche pre‑wash. The foam coverage was excellent, although the final result wasn’t quite what I expected. I contacted aftersales to share my thoughts, only to discover that I had used the wrong ratio of Dynamite TFR. I suspected I’d made an error, especially as the reviews for Auto Finesse products are consistently five‑star, and I doubted I could be the only one to disagree. plus I must read the instructions more carefully!! The aftersales team explained my mistake clearly and helpfully, and I’ll be putting their advice into practice on my next wash. What has stood out to me throughout is how seriously and warmly this company treats every enquiry — something increasingly rare these days. I will certainly continue using Auto Finesse products, as shown by my additional order yesterday, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.”
