“I was in need of a very rare and expensive remote control. I live on the continent and this was my first experience with Audio Emotion. Two companies failed to deliver, but Gary was the man to contact. He had it in stock! In use I had a problem with the charger, but Gary stepped in again and helped me to get a replacement. Communication: Excellent, personal/friendly, swift follow-up on promises. Delivery: Given the Brexit regime excellent. Product quality: Excellent. After sales: Excellent. Hope for the future: Get rid of Brexit, then buying more expensive equipment hurts less in the wallet.”

“I had a perfect buying experience, super fast infos about the product and stock info. As a German costumer i had lots of troubles the last year with ordering in UK. It seems Scotland is the better alternative to buy from here :) , everything was just flawless and i received my product after one day shipment (express). My next Quad devices will be ordered here again. Thanks for the perfect service !!!”

“A new, quite large, venue with an excellent selection of high-end hi-fi, as well some well-chosen cheaper options. A welcoming, relaxing and patient atmosphere, making choosing easier. It is situated somewhat off the beaten track, but well worth taking the trouble to visit. It carries highly regarded separates not available elsewhere in the area.”
