“I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received from AE. I was searching high and low for a valve/tube amplifier and without wanting to buy one from China or some dodgy ebay seller my search bought me to them. From my initial conversation with Miriam to securing the amp, delivery, follow up calls, everything was 1st class, and I am loving my amp. I will be doing more business with them in the future.”

“Gary goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met he is much more than just a Hifi dealer. I have bought many items over the years and also received very generous trade ins as well. Gary has personally helped me build an amazing system over the years each time I come back I get instant attention.The service you receive is exceptional from start to finish I cannot recommend then highly enough. IMHO one of the best Hifi shops in the uk, stunning kit at great prices - what’s not to like. It is no wonder they go from strength to strength.”

“I purchased an Atacama Eco 60/40 SE2 hifi rack from Audio Emotion to be sent to Sydney Australia. Despite manufacturer supply issues at the time in the UK, Gordon followed through with the sale, he and his staff were very approachable and helpful, both email and phone. The goods arrived as advertised, well packaged and in perfect condition. I would easily recommend Audio Emotion as a place to source needed hifi gear.”

“We bought and fantastic valve amp from them (Cayin SC-55A with KT88) And they were so helpful This was during the worst of the Covid lockdown and they even offered us a period of free demonstration. We didn't need that though because the amp surpassed our expectations and at a very reasonable price too. So in brief, I could not have had abetter shopping experience and would highly recommend you give AE a try.”
